Project recovery

Nearly all IT projects will run into problems through their life. A significant percentage are abandoned; another significant percentage end up in court.

BPG believes a lawsuit should be your last resort when trying to recover a failing IT project. Court cases cost a fortune and distract executives from managing their own organisation.

We recommend project recovery instead: a process of arbitration with real legal muscle that helps both you and your supplier recover a workable relationship and bring projects to a successful conclusion.
