Vicky worked with Elutec, a new university technology college, for two months, supporting us in the development of an ICT SLA. It was vital for me, as principal, to enable somebody that I could trust to work on behalf of the UTC as this is not my area of expertise. Vicky was extremely thorough and professional in her approach and kept me informed at every stage. Her knowledge was exceptional and her expansive experience meant that she was able to draw upon examples from other establishments she had worked with to support our corner. As a result of working with Vicky we have an agreement which is much more favourable to our organisation. I highly recommend her and will certainly be utilising her services again.
