If you want to be excellent you have to mix with the best. In the past five years we have invested over £5 million in new ICT solutions like our flagship Revenue & Benefits system and have been fortunate to work with leading partners like BPG, who managed the entire project from procurement to implementation. Now that we are in the top quartile of the Audit Commission’s Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA] – having gone from ‘Weak’ to ‘Excellent’ – we don’t intend to rest on our laurels. In this, we are especially pleased that BPG is alongside in our continuing pursuit of excellence, playing a vital role in some of our key business and ICT transformation initiatives.
