Sussex and Surrey Police were engaged in a Telecoms Outsourcing contract with a ‘big name’ supplier that was not performing well. BPG were brought into undertake a contracts review and put forward recommendations and a plan to remediate the situation, improve service delivery and get the relationship back on track. During this project we also prepared options appraisals for alternative solutions in the event that the supplier was not willing or able to adhere to the requirements of the remediation.
BPG successfully supported Sussex and Surrey Police to get the relationship back on track, including the introduction and agreement of a binding Relationship Charter between the partners, the realignment of Governance Procedures for the relationship over-all and specific governance regime for (major) projects as well as SLA and contract realignment to required business outcomes.
We have subsequently been asked back to deliver further strategic supplier relationship management/remediation projects for this client.
