BPG have delivered several projects with The Scouts Association covering contract reviews, negotiation and project realignment. Projects have included the realignment of Membership/Volunteers Registration System project, delivery of Negotiation Training Workshop, remediation of problematic implementation of the membership system, and the alignment of conflicting contracts into a single over-arching document.
